The quiz for the Central African Republic prefectures has the wrong list.

They use:

Bamingui-Bangoran, Bangui, Basse-Kotto, Haut-Mbomou, Haute-Kotto, Kémo, Lobaye, Mambéré-Kadéï, Mbomou, Nana-Grébizi, Nana-Mambéré, Ombella-M'Poko, Ouaka, Ouham, Ouham-Pendé, Sangha-Mbaéré, Vakaga

The correct list:

Bamingui-Bangoran, Bangui, Basse-Kotto, Haut-Mbomou, Haute-Kotto, Kémo, Lim-Pendé, Lobaye, Mambéré, Mambéré-Kadéï, Mbomou, Nana-Grébizi, Nana-Mambéré, Ombella-M'Poko, Ouaka, Ouham, Ouham-Fafa, Ouham-Pendé, Sangha-Mbaéré, Vakaga

I believe this is because it has not been updated since the December 2020 carving up of Ouham and Ouham-Pendé, adding Ouham-Fafa and Lim-Pendé respectively
