I was normally playing duels when suddenly I was shown a game summary? I thought that the duel just ended for some reason so I started another game but in the middle of it my rating suddenly went down from 831 to 818.

If possible I would like a return of ELO. I also want to mention that I lost the 2nd duel so now my rating is 804. If possible it would be great to just have it scaled out in a way that makes only the 2nd loss count and not the 1st one since it was just unfair
