i have added someone today, and when i want to message them using the chat feature (not the in-game chat), i hit "send" and the message just doesn't appear in the chat. I have had the same issue yesterday with someone i added yesterday, but i am now able to message them. Is there a cooldown of 1 day or something? that's weird because they can message me but i cannot.

There can be delays but it usually happens if one has a lot of friends. Can you send over a link to your Friends Profile whos messages did not appear?
