Flag Change Restriction

I registered my account on September 15, 2026.
Recently, when I tried to update my profile flag,
I encountered an error message stating: "You can make changes again on October 15, 2026."
However, I have never changed my flag before, yet the system is preventing me from doing so for an entire month.
It seems there might be a bug in the system. Could you please look into this issue and help me resolve it?

- HOME ==> ACCCOUNT ==> EDIT ==> SELECT FLAG ==> CAN`T NOT SAVE
* Attachment
- Proof of my account creation time (001.jpg、002.jpg)
- The message when trying to change the flag (003.jpg)

Currently the flag and name is on the same attempt. Now you can change your flag or name again :)
