We have had some performance issues which might have caused this. If its still not working, send over the User-ID to the user who doesnt get the messages and we can look further into this specific case! :)

Are you using any extensions/scripts/plugins? If so does it fix it if you disable them?

Filip Yes, Violentmonkey and Tampermonkey. If I disable them, dms keep not working.

I think it's normal, there isn't this functionality on the website. If you have a look during a game, you can only interact with smileys. It's intentionally not in the game.
