Dear Support Team,
Unfortunately, I’m having the following issue.
Starting on April 7, I was no longer able to play the Daily, so my streak was frozen as of that day. Then, starting on April 9, all days—including April 7—were retroactively counted, and my streak counter was reset to 1. This meant over a year’s worth of work (my streak) was lost.
Is there any way to recover this?
