Clicked but didnt put my pin down

Hello, I was playing a geoguessr ranked match and during the final round with everything I have on the line, I click serbia. In the replay, it shows I also clicked Serbia, but when the results of the round came out it showed that I clicked NOTHING!!!!
How is this possible when even the replay system agrees with me!

I also encounted this bug and posted September 5th (got no response) and a follow up on September 10th came to see today if there was a resonse yet.
Usually they repond quickly to this sort of thing. Maybe they are very busy, but I would have thought people loosing games due to this issue would have given them interest in this bug. Especially as it shows clearly in the replay.

I was going to add a gentle reminder today and saw your posting while I was looking at the bug list.
I also saw from someone else posted September 8th. With the same issue or similar issue and thought it might be better to add a comment here that you are not the only one having this issue and that it might be a bigger issue to look into.
