Hello, I received a chat ban about 3 months ago. I am truly sorry for my mistake and I deeply regret it. This ban has been active for 3 months now, and unfortunately, I haven't been able to get any help from support so far. The game is really not as fun like this; I can't even use emojis. It was a one-time mistake and I promise to follow the rules from now on. I would be very grateful if you could give me another chance and lift the ban. Playing this way is honestly very boring.
