Changing your country resets the username change cooldown

Go to Account and when you click on "country" and change your flag, it also causes the username cooldown (which is a month) to activate

I did not expect this to happen whatsoever

This is intended behavior although perhaps not that clear currently. Do you want me to change your username before the cooldown?
