Can't send friend request, request cancels when I refresh

Could you please provide the user id of the person you're trying to add? Or does it happen with literally everybody?

Hello,
Whenever I try to add someone, it shows up as pending, but when I refresh it cancels the friend request for some reason. No matter how many times I've tried, the issue has been persistent.
