Campaign stuck

Hello,
I’m currently at level 78 in the campaign. When I launch the campaign and click on Level 78 to continue, I’m prompted to select the “Turbo” game mode — which I do.
However, after that, the game only shows a black screen and nothing happens. I’m completely stuck and can’t interact with anything.
Could you please tell me how to fix this issue and continue the campaign?
I’ve attached several screenshots to illustrate the problem.

I am playing lvl 391 on campaign mode (it is a turbo mode) it keeps like that, not loading, i tried exiting, turning on and off, but nothing works

Hello, and thank you for your reply. I cleared the cache and that solved the problem.
It’s a bit strange because the issue had occurred on two different computers, but in any case, I’m now unstuck.
Here’s what happened:
I cleared the cache and restarted the game. I had to log in again, then I relaunched the campaign and once more encountered the same black screen in Turbo mode.
However, this time I saw the timer appear, and once it ran out, the game automatically moved to the next screen — and I was finally able to play. I can now continue the campaign.
