Broken Bullseye Colors - Incorrectly Showing as Green
complete
LFSMx
Bullseye mode has the capability to color a circle green even when the location is not within its bounds. This bug has mode-breaking implications since the color of the circle is how others determine where or where not to guess.
The likelihood of experiencing this issue appears to scale with the size of the circle used (the largest circle size has the highest likelihood of returning an incorrect status if the location is near the circle's border)

I have some feedback from the team regarding this. This is not so much a bug, but rather a result of the earth not being flat. So the projection of the radius on map will sometimes not be 100% accurate. The team have taken note of the issue but right now will not be prioritising a fix for it as it seems like it might take some considerable work.

I would like to add that this is a common strategy to use in order to get a straighter line in some cases. With the unpredictability we can no longer trust large circles.

Would you be able to provide screen shots and/or a screen recording of this happening.

Marcus The large circle that has it's Eastern side passing through the city of Constance was labeled as green - hence why people were guessing within the West side of its edge. Once the round ended and it showed us the location, it was clearly outside of the zone by a mile or so to the East.
